We’re dedicated to providing an excellent traveller experience to everyone that chooses to travel with us. As such, we want to ensure our promises and the services we offer to our travellers with special needs are readily available. We have gathered everything you need to know about travelling with a disability in this section.

If you encounter an accessibility issue, it is helpful to let us know the specific web page and nature of the issue in your email or phone call. We will investigate and make every reasonable effort to ensure that the page or information meets our Accessibility Standards.
Disability entitlements
In Canada, you are entitled to certain accommodations and services under the “Accessible Transportation for Persons with Disabilities Regulations”.
Large Canadian carrier are required to adhering to low Parts 1, 2 and 3 of this regulation for all flights operated to, from and within Canada. Swoop is considered a small Canadian carrier.
For flights to or from the United States Swoop also follows the Passenger with Disabilities Passenger Bill of Rights under the U.S. Air Carrier Access Act and its implementing regulation, 14 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 382.
