Opened in 2015, Pokeh is considered the first poke eatery ever in Canada, serving up fresh Hawaiian inspired poke bowls at two locations in Hamilton. What is poke? It's a often referred to as deconstructed sushi bowl: a cold dish served on a bed of rice with diced raw fish (usually marinated) and topped with veggies like cucumbers, avocado, edamame, onions and seaweed.
