There is lots to see in Cayo Coco and one of the easiest ways to get around is by moped! You can rent mopeds for about CUC$25 a day and explore the island at your liesure. Additionally most hotels will have bikes available for guests that are typically free to use.
There is also a tourist bus that you can book which will take you from one end of the island to the other and costs CUC$5.
