After you have booked your Getaway, you can go to Manage my Bookings, and add ModiFly for free. This allows you to make a one-time change to the time and/or date of your flight. Full terms and conditions apply. To make changes to the hotel portion of your booking, please contact Expedia at 1-587-441-1001. Press 2 for Getaways, then press 3 to update the lodging portion of your booking.

Can I add bags to my Getaways package booking?

Yes, after you have purchased your Swoop Getaways package, you must select and purchase your bags in Manage My Bookings before your departure.

How do I select a seat on my flight for my Getaways package?

After you have purchased your Getaways package, you can purchase and select your seat in Manage My Bookings.

How do I save money with a Getaways package?

When you book a Swoop Getaways package, you are booking your return flight and your hotel. By purchasing both of these at the same time, we can pass on exclusive hotel discounts. Because we are working with Expedia we can offer exclusive discounts of up to 50% off on over 200,000 hotels when you book your Swoop Getaways package.

How do I change or cancel my Getaways package?

Flights: You can self-manage your flights and update your reservation through My bookings. Please note some restrictions apply.

Hotel: To update your hotel reservation, please contact 1 587-441-1001, select option 2 for Getaways, then press 3 to edit the hotel portion.

What travel documents do I have to bring with me?

For any international flight, a valid passport is required. For country-specific information and other important travel issues, contact the nearest embassy, consulate or travel.gc.ca.

Please note that the flight and hotel portions of your booking each have their own individual change and cancel terms. Please ensure you are familiar with the change and cancellation terms as noted on your confirmation for each portion of your Getaways package prior to calling in. Since the flight change/cancel terms are generally more restrictive, we ask that you first self-manage your flights prior to changing or cancelling your hotel.
