Group bookings - seven people or more

Flying with seven people or more can be challenging, make it easier by ensuring everyone gets on the same flight and pays the same price. Please note that group bookings are a service to assist in making and coordinating large group bookings. We provide the group with a dedicated support resource - group bookings are not discounted travel bookings.

Submit this group booking request form and an agent will be in touch within three to five business days (excluding holidays) with a quote.

What happens next?

A group booking agent will reach out to you with a quote by email. They will assist you in completing your booking as well as provide ongoing support.  Please allow up to three to five business days for a booking agent to respond to your group booking request.

  • Baggage

    · 23kg (50lbs) of checked baggage for every traveller

    · Additional items such as carry-on baggage can be added on to the booking

  • Seats

    · Standard seat assignment for every traveller

Deposit/Payment Requirements

Unlike regular bookings, we realize it can be tough to organize the entire group from day one.  That’s why in some cases we allow a partial deposit. A non-refundable $5.00 per traveller group booking fee will be applied to the quote.†

†With bookings originating from the US, the currency for the entire quote, including the group booking fee, will be quoted in USD. Otherwise, the currency for the group booking fee is CAD. The group booking fee is a non-refundable $5.00 plus taxes, per traveller. If you are booking more than 30 days before departure, a 50% deposit is required to hold your booking. The remaining 50% outstanding balance is due 30 days prior to departure. Bookings will not be held if the deposit is not received. If the deposit is not received during the quote validity period, then a requote will be required, and previously quoted prices will not be valid. If full payment is not received before 30 days from the flight departure date, then the booking will be cancelled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
