Need to review or make changes to your booking? This is the place.

Where is my reservation code?

Reservation codes are provided at the time of booking and also included in the confirmation email we send to the contact person on the booking.

When can I manage my bookings?

Manage my bookings is available right after initial booking and until 24 hours before departure.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) flexible travel update

Until September 30th, add ModiFly to your booking for only $10 for the ability to make a one-time change to your departure date and/or time. Restrictions apply. ModiFly can be used to make a one-time change of date and/or time to your booking. Add it on the Extras page, after you select your flight. Changes cannot be made to traveller names or origin/departure locations, and ModiFly cannot be used for cancellations. Your departure must be more than 14 days out.
