Can I pay with cash or travellers cheque?
Swoop does not accept cash or travellers cheques at any of our airport locations. To save money on your baggage or seat fees we recommend that travellers pay online during initial booking, manage booking, or during your online check in. At the airport, payments for fees can be made at the check-in counters with any of the payment options listed above.
How can I pay with Interac debit?
Interac debit is only accepted as a form of payment at the check-in counter in our Canadian airport locations.
What are the rules on multiple payment types?
Swoop can accommodate multiple payment types online including up to two credit cards, one Swoop Credit and one Swoop Voucher. Please note that full payment is required to secure your booking. If you are unable to complete a booking, any partial payments will be refunded to the original form of payment, however it may take upwards of one week before the refund has been processed by your credit card provider.
