Swoop offers direct, non-stop flights to 20 destinations in Canada, the U.S., Mexico and the Caribbean. No boring layovers, no complex connections - just simple, affordable air travel from point A to B without breaking the bank.
At Swoop, we encourage you to bring your own water bottle and fill up after security. This allows us to offer base fares 30 per cent lower than traditional economy fares. Should you choose, we offer an Onboard Menu of reasonably priced snacks and drinks. #LowFrillsLowFares
Most importantly, we never compromise where safety is concerned. Swoop operates a modern fleet of nine Boeing 737-800 NG aircraft. Safe, reliable and fuel efficient, each Swoop aircraft carries 189 travellers, has 39 extra legroom seats and is equipped with onboard Wi-Fi available for purchase.

Avoid the hustle and bustle of big airports by flying into secondary airports where you can also enjoy cheaper parking, fewer crowds and less stress.
Here’s a few need-to-know basics and rules of engagement for how to get the most of your Swoop travel experience.
We may seem like sticklers, but our strict processes and policies are key to keeping fares low. Here are a few helpful tips to help make sure you have a swoop-urb travel experience.
Don’t be late to the gate because we can’t wait. It’s always a good idea to check traffic reports and allow extra time to get through security.
Travelling domestic? Arrive at least 90 minutes prior to your departure.
Headed on an international adventure? Arrive 2 hours prior to your departure.
Check-in and baggage CLOSE, that’s right close, 45 minutes prior to domestic departure and 60 minutes for international departure.
If you miss the deadline, you will miss the flight. We keep our teams lean in an effort to keep costs low and pass those savings onto you. This means our agents play double duty at the check-in counter first, then move to the departure gate, which is why late travellers aren’t accepted.
It’s always wise to ensure you have trip cancellation or interruption coverage which may offer additional coverage for things like travel delays, cancellations, lost baggage, etc.
Consider adding Trip Cancellation or Interruption coverage from a provider of your choice.
As an unbundled ultra-low fare airline, we do things a bit differently that the other guys. For example, we don’t offer complimentary snack mix or thimbles of pop, but we do have a for purchase onboard menu if you’re feeling a bit peckish.
Travellers are also encouraged to think “more planet, less plastic”, and bring an empty water bottle to fill up once you’re past security!
Before you takeoff on your upcoming Swoop adventure, we want to share a few important things you can do to make your flight a breeze and start your trip off right.
Download the Swoop app and check-in up to 24 hours prior to your flight. Your digital boarding pass will be handy right on your phone!
Nobody likes reading the seatback brochure for three hours. Prior to your trip, download some entertainment content to your device so you can watch or listen in off-line. Action, adventure, comedy – inflight binge-watching is totally encouraged.
Swoop does not offer complimentary food or beverage onboard our flights, including water. This is one of the ways Swoop keeps fares ultra-low. Travellers are welcome to bring their own water bottle to fill up once past security.
Wi-Fi Passes - Inflight WiFi is available for purchase on all Swoop flights, so you don’t miss a thing.
Onboard Menu – A carefully curated onboard menu offering food and beverages for purchase is available on each Swoop flight.
Swoop operates a ‘cashless cabin’ model, and payments must be made with a credit card, as cash is not accepted onboard.
