Know Before You Go

As an ultra-low cost airline, policies and processes are totally our jam. And while we may seem like sticklers, these practices are what keep our fares ultra-low, just how you like them. This is what you need to know before you leave for the airport.  


There's a lot to be aware of when travelling right now. Be sure to head to our COVID-19 information center for the most up-to-date information on flying. 

Arrive On Time

It’s always a good idea to check traffic reports and allow extra time to get through security.  

Domestic -  Arrive at least 90 minutes before your departure  

International -  Arrive 2 hours before your departure 

Know the Check-In And Baggage Cut-Off Times

Check-in and baggage close before departure. And we don’t mean kinda close with some wiggle room, they actually close. So if you miss the deadline, you’ll miss the flight.   

Domestic – Closes 45 before your departure 

International – Closes 60 minutes before your departure  

Don’t be late to the gate because we can’t wait. The door to the aircraft closes 15 minutes prior to departure.  


Be Prepared With Trip Insurance
